At Linda & Chloe, every piece you see is part of our final collection.
Because we are in our closing phase, returns are handled a little differently than usual. We ask that you read the policy below carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
2. Final Sale Notice
Due to the nature of our closing sale:
• Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned
• Limited stock items may not be eligible for exchange
• Once an item is sold out, it will not be restocked
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
• Worn items
• Intimate or hygiene-sensitive products
• Customized or personalized items
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at:

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Clear photos of the item
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
5. Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a tracked shipping method
• Linda & Chloe is not responsible for lost return shipments
6. Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
7. Exchanges
Due to limited stock during our closing sale:
• Exchanges are not guaranteed
• If your desired item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
9. Final Note
As we prepare to close Linda & Chloe, many items are available in limited quantities.
